Polisi tangkap dua begal bergolok, pelaku perampasan motor yang dikendarai kakak-adik di kawasan Setiabudi Bandung, Senin 10 Maret 2025.
Dua begal itu adalah NR alias Acil dan IR. Keduanya terancam 7 tahun bui.
Kapolrestabes Bandung Kombes Pol Budi Sartono mengatakan aksi pembegalan terjadi pada Senin 10 Maret 2025 sekitar pukul 23.00 WIB dan sempat terekam CCTV.
TKP nya Jalan Setiabudi dekat Gang Bapak Rida Kelurahan Hegarmanah Kecamatan Cidadap Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat.
“Kedua pelaku dijerat Pasal 363 KUHP tentang Pencurian dengan Pemberatan. Ancaman hukuman 7 tahun penjara,” katanya, Rabu 13 Maret 2025.
Dijelaskan Budi, saat kejadian korban baru pulang nobar Persib lawan Semen Padang dari daerah atas atau arah Lembang. Tiba di sebuah pertigaan, korban sempat bertatapan dengan pelaku yang juga berboncengan.
“Pada saat itu korban melihat pelaku membawa senjata tajam sehingga korban ketakutan dan turun melaju dengan kendaraan bermotornya, sangat kencang, sehingga tiba di gang dekat rumahnya. Pada saat berbelok hilang keseimbangan dan jatuh,” ungkap Budi.
Karena melihat pelaku membawa samurai, korban ketakutan dan kabur. Sementara sepeda motornya yang dibiarkan tergeletak di jalan, diambil pelaku.
“Korban dua-duanya kabur, pada saat kabur motor korban diambil oleh para pelaku yaitu NR alias Acil, dan IR,” kata Budi.
NR dan IR diamankan kurang dari 24 jam, atau Selasa 12 Maret 2025.
Hasil pemeriksaan, terungkap motif keduanya ialah menguasai sepeda motor korban. Dari tangan mereka diamankan motor, samurai, jaket, dan senjata tajam sebagai barang bukti.
